Thanks for using 150+ Health powered by JOOLA! We help you achieve your best health through the power of social connections and sport. By using our app and services, you agree to these terms:
- Your Account
- ○ You must be 18 or older.
- ○ Keep your login info private.
- ○ Give us accurate information and keep it updated.
- Using 150+ Health
- ○ Only use 150+ Health for yourself.
- ○ Be respectful in your interactions with others.
- ○ Our pickleball, sports, and general health related content is for information only and is not medical advice.
- Meet-Ups
- ○ You must be verified with your full name and contact to create or join meet-ups.
- ○ We don't guarantee access to any specific meet-ups as these are community driven.
- ○ Please review meet-up details for its own details.
- ○ Joining a meet-up is your choice.
- Important Things to Know
- ○ Activities may have risks (like getting hurt). You agree that 150+ Health is not responsible for problems from using our app, equipment, or meet-ups.
- ○ We collect your info to provide services, connect you with meet-ups, and communicate with you. We may share this with your health plan and others who help us.
- ○ We may contact you about 150+ Health, JOOLA, health news updates, or meet-ups.
- ○ 150+ Health is a separate and distinct entity from JOOLA. There are no claims or responsibilities taken on behalf of either company by the other.
- ○ This agreement is governed by Maryland law.
- Agreement Details
- ○ You can stop using 150+ Health at any time. We can also end this agreement or stop your access if you break the rules.
- ○ Let us know if you think someone is using your creative work without permission.
- ○ We provide 150+ Health “as is” and don’t make promises about it.
- ○ You agree to protect us from legal claims because of your use of 150+ Health.
- ○ Our responsibility to you is limited.
- ○ Any feedback you give us is voluntary.
- ○ If you have a disagreement with 150+ Health, you agree to try to work it out informally first. If that doesn’t work, you agree to binding arbitration (a way to resolve things outside of court).
By using 150+ Health, you show you have read, understand, and agree to these terms.
